NCGR (The National Council for Geocosmic Research) – www.geocosmic.org
NCGR is an astrological organization with members and chapters nationwide. Their website is a great way to find out the local chapter for your own community. There are usually wonderful lectures and classes offered through each NCGR chapter. There are astrology educational conferences offered by NCGR. They join forces with other nationally known astrology groups to sponsor a conference known as UAC (United Astrology Conference). I have spoken at these conferences and it is always a powerful way to hear lectures by the best known astrologers in the field today. The next UAC will be held in New Orleans, La., from May 24th through May 29th 2012. The conferences are a great way to network with other like-minded souls like you! In the Raleigh/Durham area where I am located, the NCGR lectures are held the third Thursday of each month from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Dancing Moon Bookstore, 1840 Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh, NC 27608. The contact person for this NCGR chapter is Beth Wilson (Twilson851@aol.com). I have spoken here on several occasions. By the way, the Dancing Moon is one of the best bookstores in the southeast!
